Currently serving as the Sales and Marketing Manager at Flex-Line Automation, Inc., she brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her role.
Lauren holds a master's in business with a specialization in Marketing from Mississippi State University, where she distinguished herself as the President of the MBA Association. Her dedication and leadership only grew there after being recognized as the Uma Sekaran Most Outstanding Graduating Management Major at SIU Carbondale for her undergraduate degree.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Lauren resides on a farm with her husband, Eric, and a variety of animals. Together they raise grass fed beef and enjoy exploring regenerative agriculture. A proud member of the Chester Chamber of Commerce, Lauren is deeply passionate about promoting and enhancing her community. She is currently working with local schools to get more programming and robotics programs in local schools. Lauren enjoys public speaking and is a presenter for IMEC (Illinois Manufacturing Excellence Center), where she shares insights on how advancements in technology impact safety. Her commitment to knowledge-sharing and community development reflects her dedication to creating positive change.
