Oluwagbemisola Alo, with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, is presently advancing her expertise through a Ph.D. in the same field, specializing in the innovative realm of metal additive manufacturing.

In the year 2019, she embarked on an entrepreneurial journey alongside her partner, who is now her husband, to establish an engineering training initiative. This venture is dedicated to empowering engineering students and recent graduates in Nigeria by providing them with essential technical knowledge, software proficiency, and interpersonal skills that are crucial for their professional development.

Driven by a fervent desire to motivate emerging engineers, Oluwagbemisola has created a podcast series named "The Engineering Couple." In this series, she delves into a myriad of topics encompassing engineering, career growth, personal life, and more, alongside her husband and a variety of guests.
